Hi everyone. I just returned from the Cumberland, Wisconsin Airshow. The weather was perfect, and we had another fantastic show! Once again I’d like to thank Al Seierstad, UBE airport manager, for all his help in making the show a success.

Next week I was scheduled to fly in the “Wings of Freedom Airshow” in Red Wing, Minnesota. Unfortunately I was told last week that as a result of the Republican National Convention which is being held in Minneapolis that same weekend, the TSA has decided to use Red Wing as an “Alternate” airport for MSP and therefore rescinded the Airshow waiver. I am very disappointed in this turn of events, but I hope to be able to fly the Red Wing show next year.

In September I will start my “migration” to the south as I head for the Big South Fork Airshow near Oneida, Tennessee on September 13th. This will be a great show and I am very excited to fly in it. Hope to see you there!
