Wow, time has really been flying by! I can’t believe it is almost August! July was a fun month for me as I flew the Amelia Island Plantation Airshow over the 4th of July. What a great experience that was. The location and people at the Plantation Resort were fabulous. The weather was exceptional for not only the show, but for my ferry flights to and from Amelia Island as well. Fortunately I was able to arrive in St. Augustine, Florida a day before the show and catch up with my friends at Aerobatics Unlimited in St. Augustine. The Amelia Island Airshow was especially special for me as Carl Pascarell, my coach and mentor, flew his S2B Pitts in the show with me. This was the first time we have performed together.

August will find me back in Minnesota where you can find me flying on the 24th at Cumberland, Wisconsin, and on the 31st at Red Wing, Minnesota. I hope if you are in the area that you will be able to stop by!
